What we can help with
Tell us what is going on and we will point you to the fastest path. The most common reasons merchants get in touch:
- A change you want to undo. A bad bulk edit, a botched import, an app sync, or an AI edit that broke a product, theme, or page. Send your store URL and roughly when it happened and we will help you find the right restore point.
- A restore that did not look right. If something is off after a restore, we can check the backup with you and walk through the side-by-side compare before you run it again.
- Picking or changing a plan. Plans are sized by your monthly order volume. If you are not sure which tier fits, tell us your order count and we will recommend one.
- Billing. Charges run through Shopify and show up on your regular Shopify invoice. We can explain a charge or help with a trial or a cancellation.
- Coverage. What is backed up, what restores in one click, and what is kept as a reference copy. The help center answers most of this.
- The affiliate program. Questions about joining, tracked links, or commission for the affiliate program.
To get a quicker answer, include your Shopify store URL, the resource affected (for example a product or a theme), what changed, and roughly when it happened. During an urgent recovery, in-app chat is the fastest way to reach our team.
